south east asia needs to clean up its act. if they ever want to compete against the world. this yr laos is the host of sea games with the help of thailand becuase laos vientiane capital to small they have to split to play in thailand to. i want to see how many medals laos will win becuase they never win more then 3.
Sookchai (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
it doesnt matter sea games is all nothing but countries cheating to win the host always cheats why every country wins alot when thier country is the host? becuase they cheat vietnam won like over 100 gold medals when they were host when the yr before they didnt win close to 90 phillipine won over 100 medals when they were host but in vietnam they won only 13 gold. thailand won over 100 gold when they were host when they only won 90 gold in phillipine. sea games all scam u host u have money u win

chinese sanda is kick boxing same as muaythai kun khmer or whatever you call it. but sanda they throw to thats why its hard for muaythai kun khmer to fight them. thai won once against sanda. well if thailand say no thats doesnt mean you cant call it sea boxing its 3 on 1 here. and what i heard burma didnt want to lose the name leit wie to for laos goes muaylao was call muaylao not long ago after they heard khmer have kubn khmer thai have muaythai so they came up with the name muaylao.

that is true Sookchai but the only country that was against it is Thailand. Laos Burma and Cambodia agreed on the SEA Kickboxing for olympic but no0000000 thailand prevent it from happening. And yeah chinese sanda have nothing to do with us. we dont share the same root of martial arts or culture.

sup guys, im cambodian and i've seen lao fighters fighting in my country before, and they were very good skilled fighters. Just like my country there are ALOT of skilled kickboxers but they dont have time to train and fight to support their family, so they end up doing other jobs to support their family. I hope someday your country would have the support and promotions so we can change the name THAIBOXING to SEA kickboxing representing lao cambodia burma so we can have SEA boxing Olympics.

Sookchai (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
i am not arguing but. well anyway my dad everytime he watches muaylao on lao tv he keep saying do they train or do they just sign up when thiers a fight......becuase he said thier body doesnt look like a fighter they dont have any muscle and any abbs like the fighter from thailand and cambodia they are small but thick. these lao fighters on tv dont have any abbs or muscle just normal like someone who didnt train. i agree with him to....

thats different thats street fight. this is muaythai muaylao we are talking about a in ring sport. i am not complaining about lao fighters but they need to step it up. becuase they made a prediction before the sea games start. they said they will win at least 5 gold medal and its all going to be for san shou and muaythai. and guess what they didnt win anything for muaythai. if your gonna predict at least make sure you can make up with the thais in it. or eles dont make promises. |
