garygroundwork..let me give u the facts. PORT ARE THE MOST SUCCESFUL CLUB IN THE SANFL AND AUSTRALIA but you are right in one sense..the 96 prelim DOES remain the most one sided display of umpiring in a final in AFL/SANFL history. normally i would say 'that's football' but u will never see statistics like that again..to put it simply norwood would of won by 4 or 5 goals had the umpiring been close to fair. BUT IT WASN"T. be pissed off with richard williams and the two other incompetent fools.

hey fuckstick did i say anything about the 1999 grand final?? a typical norwood v port game. if u dont think 25 frees to 11(something like 8 in front of goal, 5 which resulted in goals) and norwood didnt get one free kick forward of centre doesnt affect the out come of a game when there is one kick in it you are stupid. have u ever seen ANY final with these sought of statistics? i was with my 2 best mates that day who are port supporter and by the end of it they was just laughing in disbelief...

i remember that day well...when port were given 25 free kicks to norwoods 11 in a preliminary final. 5 of which resulted in goals.
