this isn't the great upset, in finals footy you can never put down a team for a win, becuase reality is, in 2005 geelong shoulda been in a prelim, in 1997 the dogs shoulda been in a grand final, in 2001, port should have made a preliminary final..those are upsets yet dont take anything away from the winner..when an 'upset' happens it just means that a team wont win a game everyone thinks they will, having said that, geelong will definently go back 2 back and will be as great as brisbane soon XD!

You could get better than 7-1 odds on the Swans before the start of the game. Normally those sort of odds occur when a top side plays the bottom side. No doubt about it, the Swans upset the favourites that day.

you are exactly right. watch the dumb, feral idiots boo the umpires because they wanted holding the ball when barry hall (at 1.23) was clearly tripped (of course the umpires were too scared to pay it because it was inside sydneys forward 50)and after the swans kick a goal the morons are still booing.
